Brandon is preceded in death by his Grand Father Joe Carl Pennell, Those left to cherish his memory include his Grand Parents Shirley Pennell and James Oxentine,JR Brown and Vea Brown,mother Linda Pruitt,Daughters Kenzlee Bumgarner and Riley Bumgarner,sister Tamera Pennell,Brothers Joshua Pennell and Travis Brown,Aunt Alesia Pennell and partner Albert Brown,cousins Bradley Pennell,RYan Pennell and AJ Brown..... Brandon was a great loving person always had a smile on his face always made a point to do whatever he oould to help others , thats what made him happy was helping others .he loved his grand parents and his children more than anything, he was a hard worker he loved to hunt...
